This 9″ Needlefish was expertly designed and weighs between 2.25-2.5oz. It is ideal for satisfying avid surfcasters who love using Needlefish lures. Similar to the 7″ version, this longer lure is specifically created to sink slower than other competitor's products, making it perfect for shallow boulder fields. The body of the lure is strategically weighted to sink horizontally, providing a great profile to attract fish as it sinks. Simply cast it out, allow it to sink to your desired depth, and retrieve slowly while occasionally giving it a twitch to showcase the underbelly to the fish. Starting in January 2024, all Needlefish lures, including this 9" model, will come with one treble hook on the belly swivel and a custom FLAG on the tail loop (no hook on the rear). These can be easily rigged with dressed or undressed single hooks on the rear, or a treble hook if preferred.
