9" Shads

If you haven't experienced the thrill of using this 9" shad, you're missing out! It was by chance that a man introduced me to this bait on a slow night of fishing. Despite my efforts, I couldn't get a single bite. Then the guy appears, set up at his spot, and started reeling in fish after fish! Shocked and frustrated, I was beckoned over by him. He handed me a white 9" shad rigged onto a bullet head jig with a massive hook, and exclaimed, "Cast it in that direction, let it sink for a few seconds before closing your bail. Once you pick up the slack, give it a strong "pop" with your rod, then repeat every 2-3 turns of your reel." And just like that, on my first cast, I hooked my first Striper of the night, with a few more to follow.
